As part of the Supporting Families in CVE capacity building program supported by the U.K. Government, Hedayah conducted a needs assessment visit in a country in West Africa to contextualize the content of the program’s curriculum.
The visit comprised of meetings with the Office of the National Security Adviser, the North-East Development Commission, international embassies, UN agencies and local civil society organizations, such as the Neem Foundation. In the following months, Hedayah will produce a report of the visit and will begin customizing the curriculum based on potential recipients in select geographical areas.
